Happy Easter, my fellow deviants. I hope you will all have a great day with friends and family, no matter how you spend the day. I look forward to seeing which eggs I will be getting this year, yes, we're each getting 2 eggs this year. I purchased some eggs for my folks to choose one each and I will have the last one left, and my parents did the same, and I get first dibs from the eggs purchased by my parents. Mum and Dad got a nice looking joint of beef, so, I anticipate a delicious roast beef dinner later in the day. But, let us remember, my friends, Easter is not about chocolate and roast dinners, it is the day our lord Jesus Christ, the son of God, has risen once more.

It is Good Friday, 2024, the Friday just before Easter Sunday. To all of you humble folks out there, do not forget why this day is significant. As Christmas was the day our lord Jesus Christ, son of our lord God was born, Good Friday was the day he died for our sins. So please, take a moment to reflect, and if need be, take a moment to repent. But, do not forget to rejoice on Sunday, when he will rise once more.

It is Mother's Day, 2024 here in Britain, and I hope all you folks that still have a mother are showing her some love. I gave my mum a card and some candy kittens along with £30 to use for what she wanted, which she used to buy some new plants down at Longacres. I also called my nan before we left to wish her a happy Mother's Day, and she thanked me for her card and gift. I will be going with Dad to see Nan later today, after he gets in from walking Lupin. Later in the day, we will be going to Kingfisher on the Quay for a special Mother's Day dinner.

I am looking for an old friend, @HopelssRomanticGhost As far as I know, she is no longer on deviantart, and I cannot find her on Discord as my last account was hacked. Can anyone help me find her?

Today, I bring sad news. Muzzy, our beloved calico cat, has finally passed away after 20 years with our family. I remember when she was born into the world in May, 2003, just a tiny kitten, and I watched her grow up and blossom into the creature we all know and loved so dearly. Muzzy always provided comfort in any way she could, asking for a cuddle, or even offering a nose rub or 2. Muzzy was one of the sweetest animals you could ever be lucky enough to meet in your lifetime, we all loved her, and she loved us in return. Tragically, a year or so after the passing of her beloved sister, Smudge, Muzzy developed renal issues. They were only minor to begin with, but as time went on and she got older, I fear it finally caught up with the poor old girl. While I will mourn Muzzy's passing, I will find solace in the knowledge that we gave as good a life as we could to the very end, and that she lived as long as she did, making her the longest surviving pet my family has had.
