Land Rover RAF Mountain Rescue 1

This Land Rover is painted in the colors of the RAF Mountain Rescue team, note the since it belongs to the Air Force it has blue and yellow paint rather than camouflage which would more often be seen on British Army and Royal Marines vehicles.

Like the Land Rover ambulance you saw earlier it is a medical vehicle and therefore carried out rescue and medical missions and has the emergency lights and message to prove its role.

On the bonnet is a spare wheel and a British roundel.
